DULUTH, MN — This week is National Telecommunicator Week, and while people across the country recognize the hard work of 911 dispatchers, staff in St. Louis County are dealing with challenges of their own.

“We’re a 24/7 call center, we’re not immune to staffing issues, just like every business seems to be right now,” said Landon Cadigan, an emergency communications specialist with St. Louis County.
