TWIN FALLS — When you’re faced with an emergency and need to call 911, you need someone to pick up. But those on the other end of the line are facing their own emergency.
Next week, Twin Falls will have only eight dispatchers on staff. Any less than that, and it’s not possible to adequately operate the center, Director Tami Lauda said.
