HENDERSON, Tenn. (WBBJ) – Chester County dedicated its 911 building Friday to honor a longtime public safety leader.
The county formally named the emergency communications center for its former director, Patricia Ledford, who died in December after a battle with cancer.
Ledford was the driving force behind the new 911 facility on Crook Avenue in Henderson.
