Augusta’s 911 Emergency Communications Center has been awarded the prestigious Accredited Center of Excellence (ACE) certification by The International Academies of Emergency Dispatch® (IAEDTM) for emergency fire dispatching. This achievement makes Augusta the 70th Fire ACE in the world and the only standalone 911 center in Georgia to receive the accreditation.
