TOLLAND, CT — The State Bond Commission Friday approved $3 million to upgrade the Tolland County Mutual Aid emergency communication system.

The move was hailed by state Rep. Tammy Nuccio (R-Ashford, Tolland, Willington), state Rep. Pat Boyd (D-Brooklyn, Eastford, Pomfret, Union, Woodstock), state Rep. Tim Ackert (R-Tolland, Coventry, Vernon) and state Sen. Daniel Champagne (R-35).
