Trooper Mitchell Reynolds of the State Highway Patrol’s Marietta post and Dispatcher Sara Morgan of the Cambridge Dispatch Center recently received letters of commendation and certificates for their life-saving efforts during an incident on Sept. 24 in Washington County.
